Company director Roger Hanson started his career as a boilermaker in the early 1980's at a well know Ipswich engineering company specializing in sewerage treatment, steel fabrication and general engineering.

Roger further enhanced his knowledge and skills when engaged with another well-established family owned and operated business, it was during his tenure with this company that he became involved with the Tarong Coal project in Queensland; again adding to his knowledge base.

Other various positions within companies not only in Ipswich but Brisbane as well, led him to work within many facets of the engineering field including a wide variety of industries.

Senior Mechanical Fitter and Turner Chris McClear started his career at Abtek IBE in the early part of the 2000's, bringing with him a vast knowledge of mechanical fitting and turning; as well as CAD drafting experience.
